Guidelines for Retül System Transfers

As a Retül Member, if you wish to sell or transfer your Retül motion capture system to another business, please be aware of these guidelines:

• In order to receive support from Retül headquarters for a Retül system, anyone who purchases a second-hand system (not directly from Retül) needs to go through the application process for approval.

• If you are a current Retül Member who is purchasing from another Retül Member and plan to use the Retül system for a new location, an application should be completed.

• Upon approval of an application, the buyer should complete a transfer agreement directly with Retül, as the original sales agreement is non-transferrable. The transfer fee for a Retül system is $1,750 USD and allows the buyer to receive technical support, V7 software download and license key, access to register for a Retül training courses, and a listing on the retul.com Find a Fitter page once the buyer has completed the Retül Level 1 training course.

• The transfer fee also allows the buyer to access the Member's Area for additional support and purchase of Members-only products. Please do not provide the buyer with your login information, or software license keys, as these are also non-transferable.

• If the application is not approved, the buyer will not be able to receive support from Retül headquarters or have access to download the V7 software. As the seller, it is best to advise the buyer to first apply with Retül before purchasing the system.
