Retül Software
V8
V8 is the new software that all fitters globally have the option to migrate to, beginning in May 2024. Additional details can be found in the members area.
V8 is an Apple iOS App called Retül Fit and uses the iPad Pro (4th generation or newer, 12.9” screen size recommended).
V7
V7 is the old software that will be accessible until May 2026.
Tech support will be provided up until V7 is turned off.
If V7 crashes before May 2026, there is a chance the Retül team will be unable to get it up and running as the software is old and outdated.
We cannot guarantee that V7 will work with the next iteration of the Windows Operating System. If/when Windows 12 is released and V7 does not work, Retül will be unable to resolve this issue.
If the V7 Licensing service crashes, Retül will not be able to restore the service.

Purchasing a Used System
Buyers should be made aware that if you purchase a Generation 1 or Generation 2 system, Tech Support will not be available.
The system is old and the Technology is outdated.
Parts are obsolete and not available.
There is a transfer fee for the buyer of a used system. The transfer fee provides you with:
A V7 License Key
A Listing on the retül.com Find-A-Fitter page
Tech Support
The used system will need to be registered. This will prompt us to create a record for you and generate a License Key
The buyer/fitter of the used system will need to be certified by taking a Retül Training Course
All-In-One (AIO) Motion-Fit Systems
The AIO motion-fit systems are unable to be repaired.
Manufacturers have stopped making parts and we are unable to get them from any Vendors.
If the AIO system crashes, Retül is unable to repair the device.
The AIO Zin and Harness LEDS can be replaced.
The repair for these items are not covered by warranty.
