Ray Browning, PhD. - After completing his doctorate in Integrative Physiology, Ray's extensive experience in cycling science has led him to the University system in Colorado where he currently conducts research and serves as the Director of Cycling Science for the Serotta International Cycling Institute (SICI). (As a side note, back in the day, Ray used to dominate Ironman Canada like it was going out of style!)
Allen Lim, PhD. - Currently the Sports Physiologist for Slipstream Pro Cycling Team, Allen completed his Ph.D. in Integrative Physiology and has widespread coaching experience. In addition, he conducted ground breaking research in optimizing the use of power and heart rate monitoring in cycling. Allen operates the Slipstream Retul Lab in Boulder, CO and Girona, Spain, the team's European base.
Chris Carmichael - Chris is the founder and CEO of Carmichael Training Systems and personal coach to 7x TdF champion Lance Armstrong. With nearly 3 decades in cycling, he was the Olympic team coach in '92 and '96, a USA Cycling Lifetime Achievement recipient, author, member of Bicycling Hall of Fame, and awarded USOC's Coach of the Year. CTS offers Retul bike fits in their regional training centers in Colorado Springs CO, Asheville NC, and Tucson AZ.
Erik Moen, PT, CSCS - Erik has practiced orthopedic and sports physical therapy for 13+ years. In addition, he has coached Masters World Champions, Junior national champions and specializes in Bicycle "Retrofits" and bicycle related injury treatments. Of course, with Retul technology used daily in his practice - Erik is also an expert at performance bike fits
Curtis Cramblett, PT, CSCS - Curtis has been an avid cyclist for more than 20 years and a licensed PT for 15 years. He is a nationally competitive mountain bike racer and road bike races regionally. Through his company, Revolutions in Fitness, Curtis provides physical therapy, bike fitting, personal training and coaching to a broad clientele including Olympic level athletes.
Tom Slocum - a cycling biomechanical specialist, Tom Slocum has pioneered several proprietary products including an adjustable length crankarm, custom cranksets, trainers, etc. With a mobile lab and a high demand for his services, Tom's experitise will certainly fit in well with Retul's mission to help define new standards in bike fit science and optimized positional anaylsis.
Dan Empfield - Industry Pioneer Dan Empfield is the founder of Quintana Roo and online publishing giant, Slowtwitch.com. Empfield brings hefty experience and bicycle geometry data that rivals no other in the industry. Empfield's F.I.S.T (Fit Institute of SlowTwitch) is one of the most popular fit schools of thought in the world. Look for the incorporation of Retül technology into the F.I.S.T. bike fit curriculum in the fall of 2008.
